Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be reviewed for return or exchange if they are unused, undamaged, and in original condition.
Custom Items
Custom items are made according to your submitted photos, names, dates, and messages. They usually cannot be returned unless there is a quality issue or verified shipping damage.
Customer Input Errors
If a name, date, message, photo, size, or shipping address is submitted incorrectly by the customer, we may not be able to cancel, remake, or refund after production has started.
Refund Review
Refunds are processed only after review. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method when possible.
